suite 701 was amazing, with great comfort and cleanliness! the terrace view was beautiful. mr samieh handled a difficult situation with empathy and professionalism. erdogan and talha at the front desk were very helpful with luggage and directions.

the ventilation tubes behind the room created some noise, it prevented us from opening the window for fresh air.

The location is unbeatable. the tram stop is right outside. i really appreciated the spacious and well-equipped rooms, especially the comfy beds. housekeeping did an amazing job. My room was always sparkling clean. the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

the only minor thing was that the gym could use a few more pieces of equipment.

the location offers convenient access to transportation the tram stop is just outside. the staff members were helpful and friendly they provided assistance when needed.

the room was quite noisy i could hear sounds from ventilation tubes. i requested a different room with less noise but my request was not accommodated.

kind staff delicious breakfast

the staff was amazing (especially ahmet, nazli, and eregin at the breakfast buffet). i also received complimentary breakfasts for two days, which i appreciated. ms. mehtap ensured my room was immaculate and anticipated all my needs.

the room was pretty and clean, but i could hear some noise from outside (maybe because i am a light sleeper).

Acceptable but Several Issues

glass door persistent vibration

The location was acceptable due its proximity to public transportation.

The room design did not appeal to me. The bathroom door was glass without a lock. This created discomfort. I encountered noise issues. Vibrations persisted throughout the night, it was not ideal for sleeping.
